Quality Management and Training Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Quality Management & Training Administrator. To be based Full Time in our Head Office in Milton Keynes.

We need someone who is organised, approachable, enthusiastic and willing to be flexible in their approach to workload in order to adapt to changing priorities

The role objective is to perform a variety of administrative tasks for the Training and Quality Management functions within Corporate Services, primarily supporting the MRN’s Learning Management System (LMS) and Controlled Documents set.

Specific Skills Required:

  • Qualified to at least A level standard or equivalent. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. 
  • Evidence of ability to manage relationships both internally and externally and at all levels e.g. with colleagues, customers, contractors, suppliers etc. 
  • Good level of proficiency with IT, in particular using Microsoft Office applications 
  • Detail orientated, with a view to providing first time high quality output. 
  • Ability to work independently and proactively. 
  • Experience with training and learning systems desirable
